Project data is structured around the three dimensions AEC teams already work in - Discipline, Asset, and Design Stage - so any drawing, review, or tender package is reachable in a few clicks. The platform includes a Common Data Environment with naming-convention validation on upload, auto-populated metadata, and full revision and audit history; an interactive Design Review module with mark-ups and status tracking across discipline, asset, and stage; an end-to-end Tender module covering package splitting, bidder queries, bid comparison, and award; and Project Control dashboards for programme, change, and risk. A built-in CAD/BIM viewer opens DWG, RVT, and IFC files directly in the platform, and an AI agent answers plain-language questions across live project data, drafts RFIs, and generates meeting minutes and status reports. TrioClick integrates with Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and SharePoint, or runs standalone. JSS DEVS designed and engineered the platform end to end. JSS DEVS architected and built the backend - integrating Azure OpenAI and GPT-4o with a RAG retrieval pipeline over an Azure SQL data layer, with strict per-tenant isolation. Deployed on Microsoft Azure under an enterprise-grade SLA, it lets teams query and act on live operational data through a natural-language AI layer.
